What is your Shipping policy?
We offer free worldwide shipping.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All of our jewelry is handmade and made to order which means that production time typically takes 1 to 4 weeks.
Q.
How do l check the status of my shipment?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your shipment. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 6 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Taylorsuzb@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
